The Staff at Richfield 
David E. Story is the senior pastor and has been serving the congregation since August of 1976. He received his M. Div. from Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife, Paula, have two grown children, Shelley and Grant.

Connie Jefferson is the Administrative Assistant and Church Treasurer. She has served in this capacity since April 1990. She and her husband, Charles, have three grown children, Christa, Correy and Chad.

Helen Bunting is our church organist. She
has served in this position since January of 1984. She and her husband, Max, have three
grown children, Brad, Amy, and Jim.
Vic Ward is our Choir Director. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Baylor University and an Associate Degree in Air Conditioning Repair from TSTC of Waco.
He has previously held positions as an elementary music teacher for 14 years; positions in air conditioning repair; and positions as a cabinet-maker. He was the director of music at Lorena Baptist for two years. He curently teaches science to at-risk high-schoolers at The Opportunity Learning Center of Rio Brazos Coop. He has been married to his wife, Becky, for 24 years, and they have three children: Heather, Katie and Phillip.
Amy Sutton has been our Youth Minister since November of 2008. She is a Baylor
graduate, attending Truett Seminary on the Baylor Campus. Amy was baby-dedicated and baptized in the church she grew up attending in Garland, Texas. She is Czech, her family having been reared in West, Texas. She served on the junior diaconate through her high school years and was involved in sports in high school.
